YOU'RE ENGAGED!!! I couldn't be happier for you! Your ring is beautiful (from what I could see). I can't wait to come out for the wedding. The time has FINALLY come!!! I wish I could be there to look through wedding magazines with you like we did in SD. I hope you call me with every important decision you make (i.e. cake, invitations, etc.). I want to be a part of this even though I'm across the entire country! I love you and hope you enjoy this very fun time of your life!

Tiring Days

Wow, I never knew how much being a "mom" can wear you out! This job of mine is great preparation for when we have kids. I feel so drained all the time! It's fun and all, but I never knew I'd be so excited when they fell asleep!! I guess it doesn't help that I'm working another job in the mornings....plus losing an hour with daylight savings. It's killin' me. Poor Spencer has been running his real estate company this week while his boss is out of town. He's been working all day and all night. When do we get a break! I think now is the perfect time for me to schedule my message...

Well we're not going to Florida like we had planned. I'm a little upset about it, but once again, we are very busy. I'm hoping to go in the next few months to make up for it. I also got an unofficial invitation to go to Israel with the nanny family. I think it'd be a great experience, especially if I can go with a family who is familiar with the country. The girls can't stop talking about how excited they are for me to go...but nothing is official. It was brought up briefly in a conversation this week. I will make sure to update anything new I hear about it.
