We closed on our house! Yipee! It was definitely worth the investment. We ended up dropping the price a few times, but in the end, we still came out on top. We also know what to change next time we do this so we can be more efficient. The closing went well for the most part. There were some problems with the lendors and their mistakes, but at the end of the day, we took home our check :)
