Happy New Year!

Spencer and I hosted our annual New Years Party at my parent's house this year. It turned out to be quite the party. We counted at least 82 people that came. That includes adults, young married couples, singles, and my younger siblings' friends. If you have never been to one of our new year's parties, they have always consisted of a great big bonfire and lots of fireworks. This year was no different. As you can see in the pictures below, the bonfire was huge, and in one of the pictures you can see one of the bottle rockets shooting out of the side of the fire. I think the highlight of the night was throwing canned foods in the fire and seeing the huge explosions from them. We also had 2 Sobe bombs that were a hit. Hopefully we can get the people who videotaped those to let me put them on here. They were awesome! I don't think I took any pictures of the fireworks, but it was a fun show. A few people decided to spend the night, so the party lasted all night long. Thanks for everyone who came, and brought food, or donated to the fireworks. I hope all of you had a fun, safe time, and hope that 2008 is great!
