I'm Starting to Understand Men

It wasn't until the last 3 weeks that I am finally understanding the thought process of men and dating. Before you start thinking that I've been going out and talking to men now that I am a somewhat single woman, that is not the case. The last three weeks I've been working in town in the HR department for Hawaii Pacific Health. The beautiful thing about this job? It's temporary. I have no strings attached to this job or the people I work with. I can quit whenever I want and it's totally ok. I'm in for like a month and a half, and I'm out with some extra cash in my pocket.

So as I am loving this job, I realize that this is how many men are with dating. They want to date a girl, take her out a few times, maybe get a little action, and be done with her, no strings attached. Move on to the next temporary date. In the past I have never understood this. I do understand that there are differences between dating and a job. The biggest difference are the emotions involved. With the job, I'm there to do work. With dating, you are there to bond, connect, love, etc. So yes, that is different. But man oh man I am enjoying every second of this bond-free, quite enjoyable, temporary fling of a job.

Ohhh... you promiscuous girl you. Ha! It must feel great to have a job and be able to see the end of it from the beginning. Hope the big "H" is treating you well. :)
